From the moment I found out about The Churchill Fellowship last year I had a hundred thoughts go through my head. Where would I go? What should I research? Is this for me? Should I apply?

The chance to go to another country (or more) and explore solutions to social issues that we face in the UK was something that comes around once, if ever. I felt that I had to give the application a shot.

Taking on the role of a fellow is so far from where I started my journey.

Every email I received from them confirming I had progressed to the next round of the application process was a shock. The biggest shock of all was the email saying my application to be a fellow was successful!

Whether you have a social issue you’re working on or just curious, I highly recommend watching the video below to find out more.

A community of changemakers

Learning from the world. Inspiring change in the UK.

The Churchill Fellowship is a UK charity which supports individual UK citizens to follow their passion for change, through learning from the world and bringing that knowledge back to the UK.

Together their community of Churchill Fellows use their international learning to lead the change they wish to see across every area of UK life.

Founded by public donation in 1965 as the living legacy of Sir Winston Churchill for the nation.
