Now that my Churchill Fellowship report has been published, it brings the end of the chapter for the research phase of my Fellowship. There is one more thing that I would like to share from my research phase – the epilogue.
Travelling to the other side of the world to complete this research was a fantastic opportunity. Meeting new people and hearing their ideas was humbling and inspiring in equal measure. I never intended to end my trip with the research though, which is why I tagged on a two week holiday to the trip.
Aotearoa New Zealand offered the perfect opportunity to indulge something else that I enjoy – adrenaline.
The plan was simple. Rent a campervan and drive to the next adventure activity.
Over the course of my solo two week trip in the campervan, I did 3872km driving, 2 skydives, 4 kayak trips, quad biking, bungy swing, paragliding, ultimate off roading, jet sprint boating and a helicopter tour.
It really was the perfect way to end my Fellowship adventure!
